A passion for marketing. Wayne initially discovered his passion for marketing while attending Dalhousie University, and during the more than 25 years that followed, he's honed his craft by gaining expertise in all facets including: strategic planning, branding, tactical program development and implementation.
Prior to joining Impact Communications as President, Wayne built a successful career in senior marketing leadership roles with some of the top organizations across Canada, including: Rogers, SaskTel, Navigata, and DownEast Communications. In these roles, he delivered innovative marketing solutions to achieve corporate objectives, and drive outstanding operational results, at a national level.
Most recently, Wayne led Marketing Minds, an independent consulting firm where he worked with clients to develop go-to-market strategies designed to optimize results.
Wayne brings to Impact proven expertise as a chief marketing strategist combined with extensive "client side" experience. This powerful combination allows him to readily see things from the client's perspective, and offer solutions that are both practical and innovative.
Outside the office, Wayne enjoys golfing, and collecting movie memorabilia.
