Bruce understands business. As a long-time entrepreneur, he grasps the challenge of getting things done, acquiring new customers, and staying ahead of the competition. Both a thinker and a doer, he knows how effective marketing communications can make it all happen.
Bruce encourages this entrepreneurial thinking within the entire Impact team – both strategically and creatively – so that everything we do is imbued with energy, and focused on results. Bruce's supportive and motivating leadership style was honored when he was named one of Canada's top bosses, and number 1 in Nova Scotia, in Monster.ca's 2005 Best Bosses Competition.
Bruce is a member of the First Angel Network, and is on the Board of Directors of MaManna Renewable Energy Inc. Bruce is also a member of the Advisory Council of NovaKnowledge.
Bruce has collaborated with an impressive list of organizations, including Nova Scotia Community College, Immunovaccine Technologies, Clearwater Fine Foods, Nova Scotia Business Inc., Oxford Frozen Foods, Southwest Properties, and Great Canadian Gaming Corporation.
